Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our popcorn is a food item made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returned food products cannot be resold or redistributed under any circumstances.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on food items once an order has been shipped. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, changes of mind, taste preferences, delayed deliveries, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Order Issues and Exceptions

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we do want to ensure your order arrives correctly.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. To help us assist you, include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed. 

Allergy and Food Safety Disclaimer

Our popcorn may be prepared in facilities that handle common allergens, including but not limited to: dairy, soy, and wheat. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring products are suitable for their dietary needs. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. This must be done before order has been processed.

Shipping-Related Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for carrier delays or delivery issues beyond our control.
